ILUNION Hotels is the hotel division of the ONCE Social Group (Spanish National Organisation of the Blind), a unique model in a world that seeks to promote sustainable, responsible, inclusive and accessible tourism. Our team of 1,700 people, 41% of whom have a disability, share a common purpose: Building a better for everyone.
Our motto 'where sleeping is waking up' is much more than a slogan, it embodies the wonderful reality that takes place every day in our hotels, which we would love for you to see for yourself.
We have 30 establishments throughout Spain, all of which have been awarded the universal accessibility certification (UNE 170001-2) and the Qsostenible seal, which guarantees the sustainability of our buildings. What's more, our hotels are Petfriendly and Proud Certified, ensuring that travel is an inclusive experience for everyone.
We were the first company in our sector to receive the EFQM 600+ European Seal of Excellence, awarded by the Club de Excelencia en Gestión, which recognises our business model and management. And we were also the first Spanish company to receive the Ethics Award from the World Tourism Organization (UNWTO) for our work in the area of accessible tourism.
