Super nice guy on phone but doesn't help my quandary will be going bak to fried for cope and stick router bits

arrived quickly, was mostly well packed, does need an extra piece of packing at end of miter gauge, it had punched thru package but was in perfect shape. assembly was pretty straight forward. all parts fit well and tolerances seem good. have not used it yet, but seems well designed.

Tool was damaged in shipment and the issue was promptly resolved.

I've ordered from Infiniti before and they're known for good quality, router, bits and woodworking tools. I live in a small town so finding good router bit sometimes is difficult with infinity. It's easy.
