I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly my order processed and was delivered. The product itself definitely seems to help control reduce odor from the cat litter box, and seems to lessen the gnat problem I get in the summer around the litter boxes. I also use it in my sister's home, and it seems to greatly reduce the ammonia odor and improve the air quality when litter boxes aren't changed as frequently as they should be. I'd highly recommend for homes where cat owners might have challenges in keeping up with the litter cycle!
