I was not home when my latest delivery was made this week. We have had rain here everyday this week, and when I drove in and saw our postal worker had left this just under the overhang, I was not happy. When I picked it up to bring in, the package was wet about one third the way up the brown envelope. But upon opening it, everything was dry. I cannot say enough regarding your packaging. Because all items inside were wrapped in heavy plastic zip locks, nothing was harmed at all. Thank you for your care in the packaging, and the prompt shipping.

I have placed many orders and all were securely and neatly packaged. This was the only exception. My items were packed into a very oversized, awkward box that got slightly mashed during shipping. None of my items were damaged, however, and I am still happy with the price and quality of the products and will continue to purchase from this company.

Everything went as predicted. One item was not available yet but I had an option to wait for my complete order and save additional shipping. That is what I chose to do. As soon as it arrived my shipment was on it's way. It arrived as quickly as the USPS would allow and was packaged well.
