We had to return them twice, which you gave us credit for, and we had to use the original HP’s, which Paul has been supplying with a little discount. I would like to use the Toner Boss replacements because of price being so much lower. But, until you can correct your problem and quality, WORK OUT YOUR PROBLEM, I will have to continue to use the original HP’s. Paul is really great to work with and your delivery, shipments, and service is outstanding. KEEP IT UP AND MERRY CHRISTMAS.
