We have stayed at nine different units at the Ilikai Marina and this is our favorite - stylish but comfortable, impeccably maintained, supplied with everything you need for a day at the beach (chairs, cooler, beach towels) or a night in front of the TV (comfortable couch, chair and ottomans). We can't wait to come back!

This was my 7th time using Alii Beach Rentals for my vacation accommodations. I’ve stayed in different properties each time and never been disappointed. The Island Colony is ideal for those who want to be centrally located and within walking distance to most anywhere in Waikiki. You can even walk to Ala Moana Center. The city bus stops right on the corner of Seaside and Kuhio for those not keen on walking. Good choice for those on a budget. If you’re looking for more luxury or an oceanfront location this one is not for you. Alii Beach Rentals has many beachfront rentals to choose from. I always tell friends and neighbors going to Hawaii to try staying in a vacation rental instead of a hotel...better value and the kitchen comes in handy, especially with kids. There are other rental companies of course but I’m sticking with Alii Beach Rentals. 

Beautiful views, comfortable condo, has everything you need! The beach chairs definitely an added plus!! Clean, well maintained, easy check-in! Ilikai great location, can walk anywhere! Bed also comfortable, loved the French door refrigerator too! Will probably look to stay here again next year!

 Ilikai Hotel Location is great. Ali’i Beach Rental provides good service for vacationers, easy check-in and out, a phone call away for any assistance needed during your stay and price was reasonable no extra service fees or resort fees. We enjoyed our stay in room #823 and will return again.

This rental was very clean and was super easy to get into with instructions. It was also amazingly close to everything you could need by foot. Love and would stay again!
